The smallest amount would be 1 times the ratio. Thus 3+4+5 or 12 total pretzels. (3x2)+(4x2)+(5x2) is in the same ratio. All are multiplied by 2. In fact there are infinitely many pretzel combinations that it could be but the first one I mentioned would be the smallest.
