Hey, so I’m making a social media, and I need to make a code that allows you to make a group chat and chat on it, any ideas? I’m coding in html so yeah, no c# or crap

You said you're making a social media, I'd love to know what you mean by that.

HTML5 or HTML is not a programming language, it's a Front-End Web Development language. Both CSS and Html are a lot like painting a house and interior design, where other languages like Javascript, Python, PHP, SQL (Which are Programming Languages that can also be used as Backend Lanagugaes) are the pipes and wires that bring in water and electricity into the house.

If you're looking to get it started building your app ASAP there's a couple of ways to do it:

1. Purchase a software to put into your website
2. Hire someone online to do it from a Freelancer website like Fiverr or Upwork
3. Hire an experienced tutor to walk you through how to build it on your own

These are the fastest ways that don't require a lot of effort, only money.

Otherwise:

1. Research how to build it on your own from searching sites & courses on Googe, YouTube, Udemy, Udacity, Skillshare, etc.
2. Find open source code that already exists on a site like https://codecanyon.net/

The reason why there are people who are called "Full Stack Developers" is because they're able to do the paint, interior design, electric, plumbing, etc., and that requires knowing a Programming Language, or like a home owner who values their time, delegate it to someone else.
