Math, microeconomics or criminal justice
n +4 = 2+ n
sum of a number (n) and 4 is 2 more than that same number (n)
subtract n from both sides leaves
4= 2, a contradiction, an impossibility
or you could write it as
n+4 = at least 2 more than n which is true, as it's 4 more than n, and 4>2
n+4 > 2+n
subtract n from both sides to get
4>2
