Numbers though thousands

The block factory has boxes to pack groups of hundred blocks. To fill an order of 2,340 blocks how can i pack them using the fewest packages?

23 boxes will hold 2300 blocks. That leaves 40, which will require one more box for a total of 24. There is no way to do it with less.
