The graph of  y=-2tan(5x) translated down 4 units and left 2 units.

y=-2tan(5x) translated down 4 units would just be y=-2tan(5x) - 4

y=-2tan(5x) translated left 2 units is a little trickier. You want to group the 2 with the "x", but you need to go opposite, so you would use a positive 2 to go left, so y=-2tan[5(x+2)]

So the combination of both is: y=-2tan[5(x+2)] - 4
