Hello,
Yes, you can do this via linking the excel spreadsheet. Go into Excel and select the cells that you wish to use by copy. Now go into AutoCAD, and go to the ribbon and select Paste - then Paste Special. Now click on AutoCAD Entities and then click on link excel. Select PASTE LINK on the left hand side and now AutoCAD Entities (to bring in your object as AutoCAD cells). Left click and place your linked excel anywhere on screen. Now, go back into your excel, edit some parts of the table and hit SAVE in Excel. When you go back into AutoCAD you should get a popup that says that the Excel spreadsheet has been updated. Click that bubble and your spreadsheet should now update in AutoCAD with your new edits!
