I am assuming that the equation is 10/(2x+1) + 4/3 = 2 and you have to find value of x
For this equation first subtract 4/3 from both sides
So now we have 10/(2x+1) = 2-(4/3)
i.e 10/(2x+1) = (3*2-4)/3 = 2/3
So 10/(2x+1) = 2/3
You can cross multiply the numerator and denominator from both sides
10*3 = 2*(2x+1)
30 = 4x + 2
or 4x = 28
x = 7
