Can you reverse engineer a program by observing the address and data buses during its execution?

Not really. Especially not the current crop of CPUs with large caches and register files. What the CPU is fetching from memory at any one time is largely unrelated to anything it might actually be computing at the time. This is doubly so for the moder GPU and AI processors (like the Tesla FSD chips).
