That is incorrect....
1/7 is the SEVENTH root
1/10 is the TENTH root
Instead of using a radical sign, the 10th root could be written with an exponent of 1/10
EX.
root10(1024) = 1024 ^(1/10) = 2 because 2^10 = 1024
root7(128) = 128 ^ (1/7) = 2 because 2^7 = 128
