Which would be the better choice for a Master’s degree between UW-Madison (MS in GIS) or Michigan Tech (Integrated Geospatial Technology)?

Depends on what you want to do. GIS is going to be a lot more of data management and information system manipulation. Integrated Geospatial Technology is probably going to be more on the mechanical site going into the geospactial data collection systems and related sensors.
