Can a motion in limine result in a dismissal of charges?

Defense submits an exhaustive motion in limine, that, if the judge accepts in whole, basically ties the prosecutor’s hands behind their back in arguing the case against the defendant. The prosecutor’s objections to the points outlined in the motion are basically, “Your Honor, if you accept each of the points, I won’t have a lot to work with to make a case.” (Obviously stated in a more lawyer-y way). The judge believes the points within the motion are reasonable and accepts the motion in whole. Could the judge then dismiss the charges since the prosecutor said the motion prevents him or her from making a case? Is this even a possible scenario?
