Can Crizalk 250mg cause extreme forgetfulness?

For an ALK positive (anaplastic lymphoma kinase) lung cancer, is extreme forgetfulness or any other memory related issues a recognised adverse side effect of treatment with Crizotinib?

This medication can cause fatigue and insomnia for CNS side effects. However patients can respond differently to medications depending on other health concerns and medications they are on. This medication tends to have more cardiac and respiratory side effects however, again, medications can effect different patients differently.
