There are various differences between a clean computer and a hacked computer. The following could be ways to identify if your computer /or system is been hacked.
Unfamiliar program installations. Unfamiliar software installs may show up on your system which may be another form of a system hack. A lot of modern malicious programs are Trojans and worms and install along with legitimate programs
You might see a lot of strange network traffic. Seeing an unwanted file transfer to a website in a country you don’t know about? If you see this form of transfer? Disconnect the network connection and refer to a professional service to disinfect your system
Toolbars,Toolbars, search redirection and popups. If your browser settings are strange or the browser has new toolbars and plugins, it could open your system to malicious applications, websites and change search redirection.
If you notice that you’ve been denied access to your computer, and you are not forgotten anything, your system may have been hacked and your security compromised. For example, passwords aren’t working, you get a denied access

An attacker may have broken into your system and changed your account login details, and your password. This might show your information may have been compromised either from your machine /or from different source
Families and friends may receive strange messages from you: A sign you’ve likely been hacked is a program using your contact list to send phishing emails or social media. Watch your “sent” folders; if you notice emails or posts you didn’t make. If notice, get professional help, and always secure your online accounts and enable two-factor authentication.
Unusual disk activity: A malicious users may be able to control your device remotely, without your knowledge or permission. If you see your cursor move or your mouse clicks, it likely means others may be controlling your system, particularly if programs are being opened. This attack is a very dangerous attack, so promptly disconnect your system from internet.
