Simplify the expression in parentheses first by adding and subtracting left to right to obtain 62/6⋅2. Using order of operations, we evaluate 62 to get 36/6⋅2. Finally, performing multiplications and divisions left to right yields 6⋅2 = 12.

(5 - 2 + 3)2/6*2
Order of operations is PEMDAS. First, do the subtractions and additions inside the parentheses, left to right*.
= 62/6*2
Them do the exponent, the multiplication, then the division:
= 36/12
= 3
* This is a good example of how PEMDAS can be misleading. PEMDAS says do additions before subtractions. If you do that, then (5 - 2 + 3) = (5 - 5 ) = 0; but that is incorrect. In fact, subtractions and additions are the same. The problem is really (5 + (-2) + 3) = (3+3) = 6.
