I do not believe there is are "standard" ratios, but there are certainly recommend or standard practices or some aspects to keep in mind, such as
- Font-size
- Line-height
- Line-width
- Line-spacing
With that being said, you also want to consider if your website is text-heavy or interactive heavy. I won't go into detail at this time, but I certainly can in the future if you wish. Another unwritten rule to remember is use as few font sizes as possible. One of the single biggest typographical mistakes from beginning UI designers is to use too many font sizes. Even the most interaction-heavy pages can typically look just fine without about 4 font sizes in total.
