If (x,y) is any point on this line, the equation of the line in point slope form is
Slope = (y-y1)/(x-x1)
Where (x1,y1) is the given point.
So, if the slope is 690 and point is (5,15350)
690 = (y-15350) / (x-5)
690(x-5) = y-15350
690x - 3450 = y - 15350
⇒ y = 690x + (15350-3450)
Hence, the function is
y = 690x + 11900
