My Grade is a 98 in my class right now. But what if I get a 0 on an assignment that counts 10% towards my grade?

On Blackboard, my grade is 544/550 which means it is a 98 right now. However, this assignment is worth 10% of my grade and Blackboard worth 25 points. But, what if I get a 0 on an assignment that counts 10% towards my final grade?
