How do I put "(-4,0) , parallel to y=3/4x-5" into point slope form.

This is an example of one of my math problems i was given for homework. If you show me this one i could do the same for the rest of my homework.

Wouldn't it be "y=3/4x-4" i don't understand why that part changed.
