Hi Eden--
Since you're dividing the number of waffles by 10, you also divide the amount of flour by 10.
To divide by 10, you move the decimal point one place to the left, so...
2 becomes .2, otherwise known as two-tenths.
So to make one waffle, you need two-tenths of a cup of flour.
