You cannot have more than 4 pennies 

 You cannot have more than 4 dimes. 

You cannot have more than 1 quarter 

You cannot have more than 1 half-dollar 

If you ave a nickle you cannot have more than 1 dime 

So 4 pennies, no nickles, 4 dimes, 1 quarter and 1 half dollar 

which is $1.19
