Nothing would happen to the remaining two bulbs in parallel. They could continue to operate as is. However, what will change is the overall current draw for the entire circuit would decrease due to one less bulb drawing current.
Three 60w bulbs are in parallel across a 60 v power line. If one bulb burns open what will happen to the other 2?
