Can I use 又 to give more than two properties of something?

Can I use 又 to express more than two properties that something has? I know this is ok: > 這個貓又快又好看。　(This cat is fast and good looking.) But can I write?: > 這個貓又快又好看又很高興。 (This cat is fast, good looking and very happy.) Or should I rather use write it with comma?: > 這個貓快、好看也很高興

Usually we don't use 高兴 to say a cat and 快乐 will be more better.

这只猫很好看又快乐，跑的也很快。这只猫跑的很快，又好看又快乐。

Yes you can. 又 is used similar to "and" in English. But even that is a vague understanding. It also means "again" as etymology shows us 又 is your "right hand", which at least back then was used very often.

房子好大又好漂亮。

我又上当了。
