Any time you need to describe something in Mandarin Chinese you will use the three "D's": 的, 得, 地.
Examples:
那个人很懒惰的。
北京天气冷得要命。
她高兴地说及格啦。

The problem lies in "实惠." "贤惠" is a better word choice.
实惠: (of a product) good quality but low price
贤惠: (usually of a woman) kind, amiable, understanding, skilled with house chores and cooking
The grammar of the sentence is fine, but you can swap 实惠 with 贤惠.
