How to load & extract text content from Adobe Indesign file , C#?

I want to load Adobe Indesign file, then I want read all text content of file(extract text data). How can I it in C#?

I take it that you don't have InDesign. If that's the case and you do have Acrobat Pro, drag your InDesign file to your Acrobat Pro application. This will upload the layout to Creative Cloud and open it as a PDF. Save it to your desktop.

In Acrobat Pro, click the Tools button in the upper left and then Edit PDF. Select the text (one text frame at a time) and copy then paste into your word processing app.
