Make a the subject. 3w + 20/200 = A/A+12

this got me confused for so long! Please help and solve it for me thank you.

I'm so sorry but I meant  A/A+12 not 0.A/A+12

Ok, then the revised solution would be the following.
 
3w + 20/200 = A/A + 12
 
3w + 1/10 = 1 + 12 by reducing 20/200 and A/A.
 
3w = 13 - 1/10 = 129/10
 
w = 129/30 = 43/10
