I was recently studying for the Math II Subject Test myself! There are great YouTube videos that explain key concepts and go in-depth into each problem and teaches you how to solve it. I watched those videos and took notes on them and that helped me get a perfect score. I'll link them below:

While watching those videos, I recommend building a "cheat sheet" of important rules and formulas that you think are important to memorize for the Subject Test; that's what I did and I found it very useful.
If you're looking for a place to learn the concepts, and not just practice them, you should check out edX. It offers free online classes in all subject areas. I would recommend knowing math up precalculus for the SAT II Subject Test. You can check out edX here: https://www.edx.org/course/subject/math. There is also Khan Academy if you're looking for specialized SAT lesson with more detailed instruction.
If you're looking for a place to practice, there are tons of free online practice tests. https://www.cimat.mx/~gil/docencia/2014/algebraII/guia_final/exam7.pdf
The link above is just one of many online practice tests that you can take to see if you're adequately prepared.
I hope this helped! If you have more questions don't hesitate to message me! Best of luck on your exam preparations!
