Nope! I took the SAT last year and, from reading the topic descriptions on the official SAT website, I can assure you that there will be no linear or exponential regression on the SAT -- at least nothing like the complicated relationship you'd do in Statistics. If things change between now and when you take the SAT and there is a linear or exponential regression question, I'd think it would only be one question which, in the grand scheme of things, isn't your biggest concern.
All the linear/exponential relationship questions will be fairly straight forward if you have taken precalculus and have a basic understanding of probability (which is taught in statistics).
