A tort is an injury to another's person or property, which can be unintentional, or, in some
cases, intentional, and entitles the injured party to sue for damages as compensation for the injury.
A breach of contract is a failure to perform obligations under a binding agreement, which entitles
the injured party to suspend performance, & sue for damages for the loss of the benefit of the bargain they made.
