Avoiding silly mistakes on math

Hi! With less than two weeks left im focusing mostly on math section of the SAT. I feel confident with reading/writing but not as confident with math. I feel like i make so many dumb mistakes, which in the end I could have easily earned the points and get a high score. For example, i would look a -sign as + and make a calculation mistake or I simplify 15/5 into 5/3 not 2/3!!!! I always end up missing 3-4 questions on no calc section mostly due to these kinds of mistakes. I want to reduce to a 0-1 before the actual test. What advice can you give me?? Any strategies?
