No. A quadrilateral is simply a four-sided polygon. The sum of the interior angles of a polygon add up to 360 degrees. If a quadrilateral is also a parallelogram and all sides are equal, then it is a rhombus. Furthermore, if the interior angles of a rhombus are all right angles, then it is also a square.
