What's the quadratic formula? What do the parameters a,b,c correspond to in your equation? Plug-n-chug.

 

This is not a tricky problem, but if you are having trouble with it, it means that there is some disconnect between seeing the similarities between the quadratic formula and this problem. And since there isn't much to see, I'd encourage you to just look as plainly as possible at both, blink a couple of times, identify a, b, and c, and copy the numbers into the formula, then reduce the formula, or not. Technically, you don't have to reduce the formula to write down the right answer, but most teachers will expect you to reduce it, so do that if you can.
