Hello, I want to get one of these phrases as a tattoo but I do not know japanese or know anyone who does so I’m hoping someone could help me out and translate both or one of these phrases. I would really appreciate it, thank you!

You can say: 考えすぎなくてもいいと思うけど (I think you don't need to overthink)

Sounds less pushy or polite/sensitive.
