Understanding that you don't want any irrational numbers in the denominator, but also realizing that you have a binomial in the denominator, the only way you can get rid of the irrational number is to multiply it by (2*sqrt7 +3) your product will be the difference of 2 squares and will have no irrational number. Remember to multiply the numerator by( 2*sqrt 7 + 3) as well.
