States A, B and C have hosted a certain sporting event a total of 41 times.State A has hosted the sporting event 4 more times than state C. Together state A and state C hosted 2 more than twice the number of this sporting event that state B hosted. Determine the number of times this sporting event was hosted by each of the three states.
