let theta be an angle in quadrant II such that Cos(theta)=-12/5. find the exact values of sin(theta) and sec(theta)

The range of the cosine is -1 to +1, so cos(theta) cannot possibly be -12/5 (which is -2.4). Please check and correct your problem statement.
