Yes, David, that is correct, with one minor tweak. Doing it your way, you have to multiply both sides by the inversion. (-5/x)(x/-5) > -7(-5/x)
1 > 35/x
You then have to multiply both sides by x to get x >35.
What you are wanting to do is multiply both sides by just the denominator.
(-5)(x/-5) > (-7)(-5)
x > 35
You are mixing the two, but you have to do the same thing to both sides, so you have to pick one or the other!
