Assuming your X indicates multiplication, we do this problem by following the order of operations, which is Grouping symbols, Exponents, Multiplication and Division, then Addition and Subtraction. From left to right top to bottom.
We ask our selves are there any grouping symbols... answer no. Are there any exponents... answer no. How about multiplications and divisions... answer yeah. Then lets do it. We see 6x0 which is 0+0+0+0+0+0 or simply 0. Thus our problem simplifies to 6+0+2. Are there anymore multiplications or divisions?... answer no. How about additions or subtractions?.. answer yes. Then let's do those. First we see 6+0 which is 6, (since 0 is the additive identity) thus we are left with 6+2 which we can do by starting at 6 on the number line and incrementing twice to get 8. Therefor, 6+6x0+2=8

Thank you very much! I knew what the answer was I just needed someone else to settle a disagreement!
