What is an equation of the line that is perpendicular to y - 4 = 2 (x-6) and passes the point (-3, -5)?

y - 4 = 2x - 12
y = 2x - 8
Perpendicular line has slope (-1/2)
B = y - mx
= (-5) - (-1/2)(-3)
= (-5) - 3/2
= (-10/2) - 3/2
= -13/2
y (-1/2)x - 13/2
