I'm going to number the equations so you can keep track of what I'm doing.
1) 2x - y + 3z = 10
2) -3x + y - 2z = -11
4) -x + z = -1
3) -4x + y - 4z = -15
1) 2x - y + 3z = 10
5) -2x - z = -5
4) -x + z = -1
5) -2x - z = -5
-3x = -6
6) x = 2
5) -2x - z = -5
-2(2) - z = -5
-4 - z = -5
-z = -1
(7) z = 1
1) 2x - y + 3z = 10
2(2) - y + 3(1) = 10
4 - y + 3 = 10
-y = 3
y = -3
(2,-3,1)
