All answers are correct. Just one thing to add. If you have one function (let say f(x) = 3x+2) and you need to find its inverse function g(x) you can start with the composition property: f(g(x)) =x, which means
f(g) = 3g +2 = x
Then you can solve for d and find g = (x-2)/3 or g = (1/3)x -2/3 (in the slope-intercept form). The equation f(g(x)) = x means that two functions, f(x) and g(x) are symmetric with respect to the line
y = x (it works like a bisector). You will see it if you plot both graphs on the same coordinate plane.
