3066 tires between 2 shifts shift 1 made more shift 2 made 70 less tires than 10/4 of shift 1. How many made in shift 2?

A tire company produced 3066 tires in one day working two shifts. The second shift produced 70 tires fewer than ten dash fourths of the number of tires produced by the first shift. Determine the number of tires produced by the second shift.
 
3066 tires made during 2 shifts. 
The second shift produced 70 fewer tires than 10/4 of tires produced in the first shift.
 
 How do i solve this? 
The answer is 2170 i need to know the steps on how to get there.
