Set them equal to each other to see when they are the same price

 

B = 10 + .10x  (where x is the number of miles)

G = 3 + .30x

10 + .10x = 3 + .30x

7 = .20x

x = 35 miles

 

At 35 miles,they are equal. 

After 35 miles, Bob's taxi will be cheaper because he only charges .10/mile
