when you have 2 unknowns, you need 2 equations. This problem has only 1 equation.
there must be more info, such as how many tickets were sold
A + C = T
then A = T-C, substitute back into the first equation to get
2(T-C) + 1.5C = 214
2T -2C + 1.5C = 214
-.5C = 214-2T
(1/2)C = 2T -214
C = 4T -428
Just know the total number of tickets sold and plug that in for T
