Hello Valery
25r^2+80r+ 64 is an special case: ax^2+2ab+b^2. Both the first and the last terms are perfect square. In this case 25x^2 is a perfect square, 5x, and 64 is also a perfect square, 8.
(5r+8) (5r+8)
There is not much to explain.
