The wound is located in the left inferior ,posterior lumbar region it is 5cm superior to the cultural region and 3cm lateral to the vertebral region

Not sure what  "cultural region" is.  Maybe you mean "gluteral region"?  Or "crural region"?

Left is left side of body.

Inferior = below

posterior = back

lumbar region = lower back

superior to = above

lateral to = to the side

 

The wound would be located in the back of the person, below the lower back area, 5cm above the buttocks (if you meant gluteral area), and 3 cm to the left side of the spinal column.
