y=1 + [99 / (1 + 22)]
y=1 + [99 / 5]
y=1 + 19.8 = 20.8
As x increases, y will move closer to 1.
Start by looking at the denominator of the fraction: (1 + x2).
The x2 term can go to zero, but it can never be negative. It can increase to infinity. [0, inf)
(1 + x2) is just one greater. It can vary in the range of 1 to infinity. [1. inf)
99 divided by (1+x2) = 99 when x=0.
99 divided by (1+x2) approaches 0 as x approaches infinity.
