I'm doing a summer school program and I have no idea how to solve it and my tutor is out of town.

Get a ruler.

 

 

Draw two lines on each side of the ruler..... that will be two parallel lines.

 

Flip the ruler over so that the edge of the ruler is flush with one of the lines.

 

Draw the 3rd parallel line along the edge of the ruler
