are only those parabola which satisfies above condition other are hyperbolas?

A parabola is the locus of points equidistant from a point (the focus) and a line (the directrix),

 

An hyperbola is the locus of points such that the difference of the distances from 2 fixed points is a constant.

 

Both are conic sections and I suggest that you read about conic sections either in your textbook or online.
