I always thin it is easier to convert mixed numbers to improper fractions first, the convert back at the end if need.

 

Area = Length * Width

 

41/8 = (3/2)* Width

 

Multiply by 2/3 => Width = (41*2)/(8*3) = 41//12 = 3 5/12
