Algebra II EXPERT will help you survive & prosper
you must graph the boundary lines and shade BENEATH each one.
the FEASIBLE REGION is that region in the first quadrant that is triply shaded.
the solid boundary line for the first inequality can be easily plotted by finding its x and y intercepts

Sometimes there can be a wrong answer in a textbook--first editions, especially.
You labeled this an Algebra Linear Programming task. You did not include an objective function to be evaluated; the solution is always at a corner point of the region. (That's why I mentioned first quadrant only)
In what way is the book's answer wrong?
You should note the 'capital omega' symbol on which you may click to see a variety of math symbols that you may use, including the ≤≤ and ≥ symbols.
